The price of natural gas supplied to consumer enterprises depends on certain legislative acts of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the CMU, NCSREPU, on the state of the gas market in Ukraine, and on the terms of payments. Settlement of Disputes
1. All disputes and disputes that arise between the Parties are resolved by way of negotiations
2. 3. In case of failure to reach agreement by way of negotiations, the Parties have the right apply for a decision dispute to the Natural Market Regulator gas and / or submit the dispute for consideration to the court in accordance with the current legislation Of Ukraine.
4. Negotiations of the Parties, referral to the Regulator The natural gas market is not a measure pre-trial settlement of disputes and disputes, but do not deprive the Parties the right to appeal to a court.
5. Order review of these complaints by the Regulator stipulated by Art. 21 of the Law of Ukraine "On the National Commission, which carries out state regulation in the spheres of energy and utilities ".
