The company develops agribusiness, seed production, and distribution. It processes 80 thousand hectares of land and has more than 3 thousand workers in the season. The LNZ Group includes 33 agricultural companies, as well as a specialized corn plant, a multifunctional plant for the production of wheat seeds, barley, peas, soybeans, sunflower, flax, spellet, 2 elevators in Cherkasy and Sumy regions, 5 logistic centers and its own customs warehouse.
LNZ Agroholding is a long-term partner in providing seed crop services for the world's leading breeders: Bayer (DEKALB), Syngenta, Limagrain, and others, as well as the official distributor of the German company Bayer in Ukraine.
In November 2018, a group of LNZ companies introduced a new brand of generic plant protection products "DEFENDA" to the Ukrainian market, which included 46 drugs (23 herbicides, 6 fungicides, 6 insecticides, 7 anti-infectious agents, and growth regulators, adherents and desiccants).
In the spring of 2019, the LNZ Group introduced the UNIVERSEED corn and silage hybrid brand, created jointly with the Canadian company NAPG. UNIVERSEED includes high yielding corn hybrids and unique in Ukraine silo Leafy and Floury Leafy hybrids. Each of the hybrids was selected from 1.5 thousand samples. They have been tested in the field of the company for 5 years and adapted to the Ukrainian soils and climatic conditions. Currently, UNIVERSEED's portfolio includes 13 hybrids: 5 silo and 8 grain.
In 2019, the LNZ Group announced the entry into the Ukrainian market of a new brand of silage and grain hybrid maize seeds in the format of their own private label, Legend seed. According to the contract, licenses were given to Bayer (Monsanto) for exclusive distribution by the LNZ Group.
The brand portfolio includes three proven hybrids: the DK 315, Insafle and Drivia.
Noteworthy is that the Legend seed brand is the result of five years of collaboration between the two companies. The LNZ Group is the largest distributor of maize seed from Bayer (Monsanto) and has for four years the exclusive right to sell the FAO 310 316 DC hybrid.
In addition to its core business, the LNZ group is well known for its social initiatives. During 2015, the company invested more than 20 million UAH in the social sphere of the villages in the district and paid over 67 million taxes to the state. The further development of holding's partnership, with communities and individual organizations, has gained a great success in common issues.
