2019

What are the organizers of LNZ Group's newest agro hub planning, and how will it fundamentally differ from last year's? Vasyl Kyforuk, Head of the Agrotechnology Department at LNZ Group, and Yuliia Kamenieva, the company's Marketing Director, share exclusive information with AgroPortal.ua.
Hubs will become permanent training bases
Last year, AgroPortal.ua gathered the impressions of the first visitors to the original LNZ Hub format. They emphasized the individual approach to literally every participant of the event.
During its month of operation, LNZ Hub was visited by almost 300 farmers from different regions of the country.
Participants could even change their routes to suit their own interests.
They were amazed by the depth of scientific research on the experimental plots, as well as by the openness of LNZ Group, which did not hide a single detail of its production processes.

Here we will study together exactly how the products work. How they may behave when recommendations and application rates are violated. How to work with them more optimally in different conditions. What should be done and what is better avoided. We present comprehensive technology programs.
We are creating testing grounds where practitioners not only see everything with their own eyes, but can also always find answers to questions they sometimes do not even ask themselves.»
Sign up for individual groups!Groups from different regions are specially formed to take part in the LNZ Hub format. Vasyl Kyforuk stresses that a separate program is created for each group, tailored to the specific requests of everyone who wants to see various sites: research plots, production fields, the plant. Everything is agreed upon jointly in advance.
Everyone has a choice. And it will be possible to calmly, without haste, ask questions not only to LNZ Group's leading specialists and the technology department, but also to the production staff who work directly in the field.
In these respects, the LNZ Hub format differs significantly from traditional Field Days.
Interestingly, each participant will receive an invitation in the form of a plane ticket. And with it, they will travel across the entire themed territory of LNZ Hub.
Farmers can choose any day to take part in LNZ Hub throughout a whole month: from August 19 to September 20.
Marketing Director Yuliia Kamenieva assures that the LNZ Hub structure runs like clockwork: «We started preparing back in early winter, when we studied farmers' needs. Their real requests form the basis of our trial scheme. In spring we decide on routes and speakers. The LNZ Hub-2019 concept was already ready by the beginning of summer. We look forward to welcoming our colleagues!»

The company's managers name a special focus on the group's own brands as the main highlight of LNZ Hub-2019. They invite visitors to jointly evaluate the effectiveness of DEFENDA crop protection products and to see with their own eyes the hybrids of North American genetics from UNIVERSEED.
«Last year there was a lot of talk about the products of the multinational companies we work with. Of course, at this year's LNZ Hub we will also show our distribution range. On individual request and through personal programs, we demonstrate everything our clients need.
But the main focus will still be on our two own brands — DEFENDA and UNIVERSEED,» announces Vasyl Kyforuk. «How our products look and work, what tasks we set for them, which features we emphasize.
Our goal is to compare new hybrids with those already in the portfolio. To understand how promising they are for Ukraine.
We give ourselves and our partners the main message: we research, learn and explain the results to you. We want farmers to earn good profits thanks to our developments. Then our cooperation will have a future.»
The Head of the Agrotechnology Department also clarifies that this year LNZ brands are not «tied» to specific focused products, for example corn. Crop protection products from DEFENDA also work on other crops.
Grain corn from UNIVERSEED will be demonstrated, as well as, for the first time, this brand's silage hybrids. A sunflower field and its protection technologies will also be shown for the first time.
Yuliia Kamenieva adds that LNZ Hub participants will get acquainted with the company's new business areas. These are LNZ Energo, LNZ Web, LNZ Trade.
«For the first time, we will try to organize so-called mini-hubs — meetings with our agrotechnology experts in different regions of Ukraine with different soil and climate conditions,» explains the Marketing Director. «We have prepared 7 locations in the Vinnytsia, Odesa, Zaporizhzhia, Mykolaiv, Ternopil, Zhytomyr and Sumy regions. You will see corn, sunflower, wheat, peas, barley, soybeans and their protection technologies.
We will meet our clients on August 21 in the Dnipropetrovsk region and on August 23 in the Chernihiv/Kyiv regions at a silage workshop, where practical sessions will be held by a Canadian expert.»

Everyone can be a guest!
Anyone interested can attend LNZ Group's innovative formats. Participation in the events is free. The hosts also promise delicious treats :)
Yuliia Kamenieva says that a tour of LNZ Hub was recently even organized for pupils of local schools. They say this is how the next generation of modern agronomists is being prepared!
Registration for the programs for practicing agrarians and farmers is ongoing. The system is very flexible. You can join the groups at any time, even a week before LNZ Hub closes.
All you need to do is register, for example, online on LNZ Group's Facebook page or on the resources of the company's media partners, or contact LNZ Group representatives in the regions.
