1. General Provisions

This document (the "Terms") governs the conditions of use of the website lnz.com.ua (the "Website"), owned by PrJSC "Lebedyn Seed Plant" (LNZ Group) (the "Owner").

By using the Website, you (the "User") confirm that you have read these Terms, agree to them in full, and undertake to comply with them. If you disagree with any provision — discontinue use of the Website.

The Terms are developed in accordance with the Constitution of Ukraine, Civil Code of Ukraine, Law of Ukraine "On E-Commerce", Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection", Law of Ukraine "On Copyright and Related Rights", and other regulations.

2. Terms and Definitions

• Website — the internet resource lnz.com.ua containing information about LNZ Group activities and products.
• Owner — PrJSC "Lebedyn Seed Plant", USREOU 00388932, the rightsholder of the Website and its content.
• LNZ Group — group of companies including: PrJSC "Lebedyn Seed Plant", DEFENDA, UNIVERSEED, BRILLIANT, LNZ Web, LNZ Energo, Tevitta, Shpola Plant, Kyiv-Atlantic.
• User — any natural or legal person visiting the Website.
• Content — any information published on the Website: texts, images, videos, audio, graphics, logos, databases, code, etc.
• Products — seeds, crop protection, agro services, electricity supply and other goods and services presented on the Website.

3. Purpose of the Website

The Website is a corporate B2B information resource intended for:

• presenting LNZ Group activities and products;
• informing about the seed business (UNIVERSEED), crop protection (DEFENDA), electricity supply (LNZ Energo), trading and other directions;
• publishing news, analytical and expert materials on agro sector;
• communication with regional managers, dealers and partners;
• providing technical information for agronomists, farmers, distributors, investors and media.

4. Usage Rules

By using the Website, the User undertakes to:

• provide accurate information when filling contact forms;
• respect rights of other Users and third parties;
• comply with the legislation of Ukraine;
• not use the Website for spam, malware, or other prohibited information;
• follow product application recommendations — crop protection products are hazardous chemicals requiring professional handling;
• follow agronomic recommendations on cultivation technologies presented in expert materials.

5. Prohibited Actions

The following is prohibited on the Website:

• copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying or commercially using Website Content without written permission of the Owner;
• automated data collection (parsing, scraping) without official permission;
• attempts to gain unauthorized access to servers, databases or security systems of the Website;
• distributing malware, viruses, trojan programs;
• impersonating another person or misleading about identity;
• using the Website for illegal activity, fraud, disinformation;
• posting profanity, insults, threats, discriminatory statements in contact forms;
• infringing intellectual property rights;
• using the Website to collect personal data of other Users.

The Owner reserves the right to restrict access to the Website or its parts for Users violating these Terms, without warning or compensation.

All Website materials (text content, design, photos, videos, graphics, logos, trademarks, code, database structure) are intellectual property of PrJSC "Lebedyn Seed Plant" or used under license from rightsholders.

Trademarks "LNZ Group", "DEFENDA", "UNIVERSEED", "BRILLIANT", "LNZ Energo", "Tevitta", "Kyiv-Atlantic" are registered trademarks of respective rightsholders.

Use of Website materials is allowed only with written permission of the Owner, except:

• citation with mandatory source attribution (lnz.com.ua);
• non-commercial educational use under fair use principle.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website is provided "as is" without any direct or indirect warranties. The Owner does not guarantee:

• uninterrupted and error-free operation;
• full accuracy and currency of all information (despite regular updates);
• fitness for User's specific expectations or purposes;
• absence of technical errors or temporary unavailability.

Information on product composition, application rates, treatment schemes, agro technologies, electricity tariffs and other technical characteristics is based on official registration and regulatory documents. However, final decision on application is made by a qualified specialist (agronomist, engineer, technologist) considering specific conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Owner is not responsible for:

• direct or indirect damages from use or inability to use the Website;
• harm caused by incorrect product application without consultation with a regional manager or certified specialist;
• actions of third parties, including content of external linked sites (incl. lnzweb.com, defenda.com.ua etc.);
• temporary unavailability due to maintenance, cyberattacks, force majeure (incl. military actions in Ukraine);
• User data loss due to their own actions or actions of third parties.

Total Owner's liability is limited to the amount provided by current legislation of Ukraine.

9. Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to third-party resources, including:

• lnzweb.com — LNZ Group online store for product orders;
• defenda.com.ua — separate DEFENDA brand site;
• official social media pages (Facebook, YouTube, Telegram);
• partner, dealer, regulator websites (NEURC etc.).

The Owner is not responsible for content, privacy policies or terms of third-party resources. Following such links is at your own risk.

10. Changes to the Terms

The Owner reserves the right to amend these Terms. The new version takes effect upon publication on the Website. Material changes — banner notification.

Continued use after changes means acceptance of the new version of the Terms.

11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the legislation of Ukraine. All disputes are resolved through negotiation. If agreement is not reached — through judicial proceedings under the laws of Ukraine, at the Owner's location.

For EU Users, the provisions of GDPR and other EU regulations also apply.
