We present to you the catalog of our own brand of silage and grain corn hybrid seeds — LEGEND. It entered the market as a result of five years of successful cooperation between LNZ Group and Bayer (Monsanto).
The new catalog features three hybrids: the time-tested grain hybrid DK 315, the dual-purpose Insuffle and the silage hybrid Drivia.
Ukrainian agricultural producers have been choosing the DK 315 hybrid for many years. It is mid-early, with a dent grain type, and very resilient. It performs well on all soil types, both in dry conditions and under sufficient irrigation. The plant has fast moisture release and low initial growth vigor. DK 315 is moderately resistant to stalk lodging. The hybrid has FAO 310. It has moderate resistance to rots and fusarium, and is resistant to smut and helminthosporium.
Next is the silage hybrid Insuffle. It has FAO 260. It is an early dent hybrid with fast moisture release. Medium-tall, with high ear placement. One of the plant's features is early flowering. Resistant to stalk lodging. It has good resistance to helminthosporium and fusarium, and is resistant to smut.
The third hybrid worth attention is Drivia, which can be used for both grain and silage. It is an early hybrid with a well-developed root system. It is characterized by good digestibility. The FAO of this hybrid is 240. The plant is resistant to stalk lodging. Moderately resistant to rots, resistant to smut. It has good resistance to helminthosporium and fusarium.
